jackson vs ibanez

hey guys am new here

i have a jackson rhoads (rx10d) n its made in japan..but its not comfortable at all whil sitting..i love its sound n neck tho
anyways..am thinkin of buyin an ibanez s320 made in indonesia but ive ben told not to buy my jackson for an ibanez n some ppl said indonesian ibanez sucks ass n stuff
so first of all wat r ur comments abt s320..its sound n varieties of sound..sustain..neck..
n second..is it really worth selling my jackson or i shud keep my jackson n i have to get used to it:S (ive had this guitar for a year n a half tho)

With that S you get what you pay for. You can pick up a good used 80's-earyly 90's S or RG for a decent price. On the V thing I have seen in the past a leg rest made for them but did a quick google search and didn't see anything. If you spend more time looking or perhaps make one you would not need to buy another guitar.

i have i kv10 jackson and i love it. but it is different from ibanez, thats for sure

They used to have these holders for telephones for folks that needed to have both hands free to use in they office. That would be ideal for what you need. They were held on by strong two sided tape and had the right curve like for you leg. I am too lazy to search for it but just google it or something.

I like cheaper Ibanez's more than cheaper Jackson's.

Try wearing a strap while sitting with your V. That should keep it in place. Otherwise, if you really want a Strat-shaped guitar, check out a Jackson DK2M. They are great guitars that can be had cheap used.

the problem is i live in egypt..so i dnt have much of a choice
n abt the leg rest thing i kept searchin for it for hours but no results
so wat do u guys think of that s320

I bought a S320 recently and I love it. It is a very good guitar for the money you pay. In my point the trem is way better on S320 than on the Jackson.

I had a oportunity to buy a S from 90's or 80's but I wouldn't recomend a S320 from that age because they have Floyd Rose licensed. That trem sucks man, it really sucks. Also the Original Floyd Rose won't retrofit a licensed Floyd Rose.

The problems you can find on S320 is the fact that the pickups are not the best. If you replace them with DiMarzios you will have a guitar that can face any top guitars.

Another problem you might have is the tremolo system. If you use it like crazy the arm holder might break. I already bought a replacement. The best thing is to buy a ZR2 arm holder to replace the ZR arm holder on S320. Buy from Rich (see ibanezrules.com) he is the best man.

In the end I strongly recomend the S320. I love my S320. I think you can find nothing as good as S320 for that price.
