Korean serial numbers

Anyone know how to read a korean serial number with respect to manufacturing year? I know it's the first numbers on an F (MIJ) serial but not sure about korean.

The serial on my RG is C7070261

on my guitar the serial number is W750791. No way does that correspond to the one mentioned above =\

Ah cheers, so it is a similar coding to the MIJ serials.

The SN on my 370DX is C03114373. So going by what Rich said, it was built in November of 2003, and was the 4,373rd guitar built in Korea. Do I have that straight? Sorry, but this is an epiphany to me!
