MIJ guitars?

Could someone explain to me exactly what makes a guitar a MIJ guitar?

Prestige is just old MIJ quality at best.

To get the old Prestige quality you have to get a J custom.

It's not just Ibanez....you have to step up to custom shop level guitars to get the same quality you could get before from a standard production guitar.

That's just my opinion....I could be, and am probably wrong....somehow??

I guess you're right, pretty much. Considering the better hardware and pickups are all on the Prestige guitars, the old MIJ ones were just as good, if not better in some ways.
