Missing Piece

Does anyone know where I can get the arm for what I believe to be the Lo-Pro Edge tremolo system? Somewhere in leaving it for our friend to repair my buddy's arm got lost and I've got his guitar right now. I managed to acquire an extra one from work that was SLIGHTly bent and it just broke on me 'cause before some kid didn't have it in the guitar all the way and bent it so now it finally snapped.
The guitar is an RG1570MR from last year and I think it's the Lo-Pro Edge. ALSO I need to get the piece of tremolo arm out of the hole 'cause it's stuck in there. If anyone knows an easy way to do that, that'd be helpful too, Thanks!

Nevermind the missing piece.. apparently everything ever is on Rich's Ibanez Rules! site. but tips on removing the broken piece are still open for helpin ya?

Take the spring screw off the end of the holder and push it out with anything smaller than the hole. If you're careful you won't disturb the holder spring.
