More tremolo springs?

I just got some thicker strings 11-49 instead of the default 9-42. Although there's still some margin to adjust the tremolo tension, but I was wondering do the springs action weaken if they're all stretched? So should I add one or two springs more?

I would go straight to 5 springs, there are others that would use 4, but, the more you open a spring the easier it opens further causing bent double stops to be further out of tune than a 5 spring setup.

Yeah, I noticed that pulling the bar is way more "klunky" than pushing when comparing the setup I had with 9-42 strings.

Ok I got two springs more, but how should I put these here. I mean I know how to get them in place with a screwdriver etc., but should the other head go around the screw that holds the small metal piece that holds the springs in place?

I've seen this pic, but I'm not sure how the springs are in it:

I think you'd beter send it to a store or something. It might cause further damage. I stuffed a 11-52 gauge in an guess what, the springs got dented because i forget about the gauge and went on standard tuning and the termolo got ripped off! sigh!

No need, it already figured it out and this seems to bee working just fine.

Besides you'll never learn these things if you don't try them yourself.
