for the knobs : some rubber rings are missing, maybe I have to remove all ?

anyway, I put a blue 540s with the red one, in the same bed
hope they will make a lot of purple ones !

Just go to your local plumbing store ,the three size's of rubber rings are common and should be easy to find.

If not i can get hold of some here in Australia for you no probs. I have found pack here that is the perfect whole set.

I used to have a number of S540/540S guitars. I sold most, but kept this 92 flame top in cherry wine finish. Sort of reminds me of Agent 540's red one, although there are some obvious differences (neck hummer, gold hardware, AANJ...).

Anyway, thought I'd share...

the red is very similar but there is a sort of small sunburst on the 540S edges I don't see on yours

I can call this red "Bigarreau Burlat" from the cherry named like that in French
