New RG models - I've seen two now

Ok I was in town and saw some new RG's.

RG770
Specs are HSH Q pickups

Hardware like JEM BSB matt sliver

Neck inlays like JPM, Bound neck

Flamed top. Dosen't look as good as a RG3120 though

UK price £850

Both were blue. And the top looked quite thin. Like a 520TB except a flame instead of a quilt same colour too!

Anyone know about these? Or is Ibanez just using up some of it's JPM necks?

They are available in the Japanese market. *I guess they are letting some out of Japan now.

I guess the profile is similar to the Petrucci or JEM profile. *A little thicker than the wizzard.

Looks a lot like JPM...only difference is the thickness at the 12th fret is slightly smaller on this than the JPM...but the 42mm width is a nice change.

And yet if you order it direct from Ishibashi it'll probably cost you at least a hundred quid less than that!!!
