I've never seen it in packaging for sale like that. This was from a UK auction. In the states, you've NEVER been able to buy it separately. Everyone has been approximating with the HS2 tapped or using a blue velvet. I have the IBZ R1 from the rg 25xx series.

I saw the same auction on that auction site. I have yet to see it on the Dimarzio site or see or talk to any dealer that can get it from Dimarzio although a few Ibanez dealers say they can get it from Ibanez. I am curious as to the validity of the auction or if this is another Dimarzio product that has yet to make it to the catalogs.

Funny, as Dimarzio single coils come in boxes like the humbuckers... and itd seem to me it would say something like "Evolution Single" (like the blaze), or, better yet "Jem Single"... (unless they cant use "Jem")
