Original Edge knife edges

I just received an Original Edge for my current ibanez project and the knife edges are kind of worn out. I know you can replace the knife edges on some of the new Edge trems. Can you replace them on the original Edge? It kind of looks like they can come out.

It's possible you might be able to get a new trem plate from Ibanez. I got some new posts for mine. I'm pretty sure they'll sell you one, It's an expensive trem so it makes sense to keep the customer happy.
