The idea with the powder coating was to do, for instance, the tuners all in yellow, the lock nuts all in pink, etc. But oh well, I guess the guitar will be blinged out enough with that neck and the swirl.

I'm not sure how much shipping is, to be honest. Because it's a christmas present, my girlfriend's taking care of that end of things!

I'm not sure when it'll be finished - 3 weeks for clearcoating, and I'm at the whim of the distributor when it comes to getting pickups in the right colour - but almost everything's ready. All I need to order now, aside from the pickups , is a barrel jack and some pickguard screws.

...That is awesome. I can't wait to see the final product. I have always enjoyed the swirls from Jems but I am mostly partial to the "GMC" swirl!!!
