PGM500 review

Well I got my 500 yesterday.

Here's a quick review

Ibanez PGM500 NOS Candy apple red, cream F-holes and pups, Gold hardware
Zero play mark on this guitar

Pickups are If I remember correctly
Humbucker from Hell
Jem Single
Tone Zone

I'll need to play it more to really get a feel on the Hum from hell. But it initially reminds me of a paf pro

Neck isn't scarfed whick is nice it's got a volute so the neck angle isn't as pronounced as a standard RG neck

Jack socket is angled ala Jem and JS. AND it's got an F-hole shaped cavity cover COOL

Playability
Great it's an Ibanez after all. Action needs lowered slightly
The strings are too light for me so they'll get changed ASAP and the neck is dirty from lack of use so the lem oil is coming out.

I can't believe that this guitar was hanging up on a wall for 5-6 years. But
all the better for me.

Now I need to find an NOS PGM100

I'm having a hard time choosing what guitar to play now. Jen7VWH, PGM10th, PGM500 decisions, decisions

I can't do that one guitar a day thing else I'll only one once every two weeks

I bought the Jem while waiting on the PGM 10th then saw the link to that cheap PGM500 which was too good to pass on

Next year it's a PGM300

I've seen worse ones bring just under and over $1100, I feel pretty comfortable at $1200 on that one

Hey Pablo
There is a PGM100 on Ebay now..
I wish I have the $$ (I'm just a high school student!.....)
Check it out~

However, I think I've seen those pictures on ebay few months ago. So.....I don't think those pictures is taken from the PGM he is selling. (unless he is the 1 who bought that PGM)

Maybe you should ask him about that, just post here to let you know

Hey Guys, Just to let you know....I know the guy who is selling that PGM100 on eBay (there's actually two up right now, I'm talking about the one in Pensacola, FL). He did buy it off eBay a couple months back and so, yes, he used the same pictures.
