Please check my custom RG 570 & let me know what you think

Hello everyone. I'm new to this site....Just wanted to see what you guys thought of my RG 570...I bought it off of **** for a couple hundred bucks. It was blue then. The birds are actual tatoos that i have on either shoulder. I had the floating trem removed and replaced with a string through body stop tail piece (same as my pgm 301). I also put in Seymour Duncan pickups. A screamin deamon in the bridge, 59 in the neck and a quarter pounder in the middle. This is my first experiment with Seymour Duncan pickups, as I have used Dimarzios forever. I have to say that I do like them, but I'm not about switch the Dimarzios out on all my guitars. My fav is still the PAF pro. Anyways.....

since the tattoo thing has some special meaning for you.
For me, i could put some nice maple veneer on the top.
I hate ANY pickup rings: useless!
Then now, with new maple cap, a nice tattoo...

The wood color is really nice ! maybe you could coniserder white/creme (like the licghter pickup color) pickuprings, the black seems kinda hard. And that cavity fill up... quite a mod, well done. I would have left it without drawings/tatoos. I'm about to repaint an RGR's body, and was thinking about a cool logo to place somewhere, but i decided to keep it simple.

The birds were actually painted on by the same guy who did my tats.
