Please HELP to identify this RG

i've pretty sure i've seen (forgot where) a killer RG with:
mirror pickguard
sharktooth inlay (with neck binding?)
black finish
edge bridge (not sure, may be a lo-pro)

or if anyone has one of this for sale please let me know

Almost sure that it's a RG550BK LTD... There's one on the German <insert auction site here> right now.
