Poll: Need your opinion on pickup colours - Page 2

i think im leaning towards all black now, but that might change by the time i get the pickups. only other option im considering is black/creme. im still waiting for a way to get them over to jordan. the pickups im getting are evo2 and breed neck. if theres enough cash then maybe an ISCV2 for the middle position. i'll post a review as soon as i get them (hopefully within the next month. i hope!). and if its a new colour then pics will be there too

FWIW I second the green sentiment. In fact I'd go the whole nine yards
and get green knobs,switch tip,and truss cover.

If it was straight up red it would be,but I always considered RFR
to be a type of orange.

I nearly bought a RFR with green trimmings about 12 or 13 years ago but didn't have the cash at the time (I was a poor student). It looked fantastic, very much like a JEM but in a colour combi not available on the JEM

It was certainly eye catching, and back then couldn't have been used in public

I'd still go with black though

I voted black... Seeing the other colors on there made me think " nice guitar but it needs some new black pickups ASAP !!! "

I like the all white pups like Paul G. has (had). That looked nice.

I voted blk/crm but would prefer all white.

i never saw paul gilbert with an rfr with all white pickups. I saw his other red rg with black/white and i didnt like it. I did consider white pickups but i couldnt find any pics and thought it might not look good. I'll try to find some pics or videos i guess
