The custom guitar I'm having done is gonna have people's heads explode. The neck is getting finished up soon and I switched from a JEM body to something which is going to be amazing! Can't wait till it's all done!

This is my RG 470 that was formally chipped black. I filled the single coil with pine and filler. I put maple veneer over the top. Stained sprayed and clear coated. The neck was scalloped from 10 to 24 with a Dremal.

I wish I could of gotten a more pro look with the sunburst. it's my first time staining and the spray paint just won't sand fairly. I have a Carvin N-22 in the neck, and a DiMarzio Evolution in the bridge. Thanks for the comments, I've been wanting to post on here ever since I first saw this tread.

I'm not a big fan of the swirl, but I bet that's a beauty to play.

Yeah, any type of funky finish (Swirl, Graphic, etc) is hit or miss depending upon the an individuals personal take on it.

It plays really nice. It's been almost 10 years since I sold my RG550s and I always missed them. I'm quite enjoying it. Thanks.

What, did you cut the neck down from 24 to 22 fret?

Re: Post pics of your own Custom modded Ibanez.

This is my first Ibanez. Not very modded Art100. The stock pups were a little weak so i switched to a S.D screamin demon bridge and S.D 59 model neck. The picture doesnt do the color any justice. And my amp is a Peavey delta Blues 210 tube amp. No pedals or efects.
