A used 270 would probably sell for half to two thirds of its retail price depending on condition.
If you're upgrading but can't get your hands on a Japanese Ibanez, you should consider the 2003 RG320s. Some of the ones I've played have been pretty impressive (and the blue one looks a lot like an RG3120, which isn't a bad thing!). Someone made a comment recently that today's Korean Ibanezes are on a par with the Japanese ones of the late 80s-early 90s.
As for ****, be careful, you're dealing with individual sellers rather than a store and occasionally you'll find people selling guitars they don't even have, then running off with your money. Do your research and ask lots of questions to the seller.
