Question

Question about the AANJ...

Hi all...I was wondering when did the Rg's go to a all access neck joint? Also what models/year has a wizard neck (not the wizard 2) with an aanj?

Thanks so much!

Cory.

Re: Question about the AANJ...

I think the AANJ was gradually introduced in the early nineties, first in some top hi-end models, then to all the Ibanez range...

If you visit Rich's site, www.ibanezrules.com, you can examine all the catalogs scans to find exactly the years of introduction for the various models...

As for the wizard neck, this has always been Ibanez trademark, the wizard II being only the fatter version for low-end models...

Re: Question about the AANJ...

Ibanez introduced the AANJ on the RG series in 1994. The Jem7VWH had it in '93.
