rg 370 dx left handed

hello.....does anyone know if this model being its left handed.. is it made in japan?

Not sure about the left-hander question, it might tell you on the Ibanez website, but no, it's Korean or Indonesian. No RG below the Prestige RG1570 is Japanese.

I looked it up. Yes, the RG370DX is available as a left-handed version. The exact model number is RG370DXL.

You'll have to buy a RG1570L if you want a japanese lefty

The 370DXL is Korean made. I played one at a local music store, and I wasn't very impressed. Even though it's a bound neck, the fret edges felt a little jagged to me. For about the same price you can find an older MIJ 470 or even a 570 somewhere. I'm still on the hunt for 570L's, 550L's, and hell, pretty much any MIJ lefties I can find.

You could buy two old 570's for the price of a new 370 but it would be very hard to find a used lefty.

I want a 570L or 550L so bad, but I swear finding them are like finding a needle in the Atlantic. Found 1 late 80's 550L in DY (which hurt double since yellow is my favourite colour.) on the 'bay, but of course, I didn't have the money. I haven't even seen any Ibanez's in a lefty search on there in quite a few days. I'm also in the market for lefty S's at some point.

while ALL prestige are made in japan not ONLY prestige are made in japan.
i have a nice non-prestige neck pulled from an mij 550 that was STOREBOUGHT by my cousin. dont try to tell me that one is fake.
note that often special guitars like lefties etc are made in nicer facilities as they are not standard and require a bit more attention.

I'm sure that what Dee means are the current RG's being made by Ibanez for the US market under the 1570 are non-Japanese. We know that the 470's, 570's, 550's and so on WERE made in Japan. The 370 is made in Korea or Indonesia. I'm pretty sure Korean. That's all we were saying.

And not ALL prestige's are made in Japan. S Prestiges currently come from Korea.

You need to calm down with the "oh for christ sake" crap. I know my stuff, thank you very much. I've been using nothing but MIJ RG's for 20 years. Chill the f out man.
