RG1XXV - yellow or pink? Pink or yellow?

GASsing for an RG1XXV as there are some good deals at the moment.

Both the pink and yellow are awesome in their own ways. For those that have one, and are used to seeing them, what is your favourite colour and why? Have you tricked yours out at all?

I own a yellow one and I love it. I've played a pink one at a music shop and I also loved it but I felt it was too much pink, especially the inlays. You can't go wrong either way man, great guitar for those of us that can't drop big bucks on a prestige.

is it just me, or did these first have matching color shark teeth, and now they have dots and neon color strings?

the shark teeth are way cooler!

Must say.... I think I prefer the yellow at the moment... but go thru phases

I'm not a big fan of yellow, and i like extremely strange colors, so I would get pink. My friend got the yellow one and it's a nice guitar, but I cant stop thinking about pink lol

Obvious answer is to get both. then swap the pickups/knobs/switchtip.

Your right, the 1xxv has matching sharkies and "premium" on the headstock.

Your seeing the RG2xxv which is non-premium, dots and those ridiculous strings...........

@Mewcenary- I already have a yellow RG, so it would be pink for me. Maybe you can talk someone into buying the color you don't and trade the neck, pups, knobs, etc. to each other.

I don't own one, but I drool over the yellow every time I see it at GC... that thing is B.A.!

I own the pink and I had both side-by-side at GC.
The yellow is not just yellow.
It has a lot of green in it.
To me, it looked like someone took a yellow guitar and added green to the clear coat before they sprayed it on.
I love green guitars and yellow guitars, but not this one.
I like the yellow of my RG350MYE much better.
I also have the S1XXV and that green kick ass!
My buddy Tom calls it Kawasaki Green!
