RG350dx will single coil fit in neck?

I have an R350DX and i was thinking of putting a single coil in the neck. idk if anyone has any experience with doing this. I know it will look bad but i just want to see how it sounds. My question is will a single coil fit in the humbucker spot?

You could probably make up something to fit it, but just do yourself a favour and get a new pickguard with a H-S-S configuration. It will look a lot better, and you will be much happier with the end result.

I dunno; try moving the single coil from the middle to the neck position? All it'll cost is time.

the hum slot isn't as wide as a s/c, so you'll have to hack your pickguard

get a pickguard made, i love single coil in neck, beats hum buckers for sure in my books. gets you a really great lead sound, and very versitile too.

I make an adapter that screws into the H spot with 4 screws like a ring.
Or i can cut you a guard with a single at the neck.

Thanks

Roger
