It's as limited as the 350M-YE.

So, in other words, not very limited at all. Sorry.

In most cases pay no attention to the term limited edition mate. It is very vague at the best of times. A guitar manufacturer can bring out a model, call it a Limited Edition model, but stll release 1000's of them. It can just mean that there are fewer than the standard model but this then does not mean that they are rare guitars. It all depends on the model though.

Are you looking to buy something that falls into the 'rare' category?
