RG560 Reverse Custom - ID help

Hey everyone - you might have seen this on the bay recently. It's a RG560 Reverse with a custom paintjob. I searched all over cyberspace for info on the artist, to no avail. It appears to be all original. I purchased it since it would be a good match for my Necromancer. It has the standard MIJ neck plate. Any ideas on when it might have been made? Also, if anyone has any info on the artist, please chime in. I'm thinking that maybe the artwork was done in Japan during the same timeframe as the USA Customs. The body neck cavity has 560 printed under the other writing. Here's some pics... Thanks for any and all responses -

Damn cool guitar. Never seen one like this. Strange how it has a two-step fingerboard extension.

If I am not mistaken, guitars with similar writing on the neck heel, were prototypes, or Artists costom jobs. I believe the experts would soon appear to clarify this... Nice find!!

Thought you folks might dig it - here's some more pics after some initial cleaning. The pawn shop that had it cut the strings, and the tension from the edge lifted an anchor (and the red paint) that was sprayed over it. Oh well. Thx for the compliments

My first thought was that it's an artist's custom job too. I think this is very likely.
