RG5EX1 buzzing.

Would buying a Noise Suppressor pedal stop the buzz from the single coil on a Rg5EX1 and the neck pickup or should I just get new pickups?

Single coils humming or buzzing are an inherent problem with their design. Humbuckers are called just that, hum-buckers. Two coils cancel out the humming. You'd probably be best off replacing the single coil with a single coil that's designed to get rid of the hum.
