RGT42 vs. RG1570

With the recent blowouts (both under $400 at GC) on these, I'm considering one. I just played a BP RGT42 last week and really liked it. I'm looking for input from people that own/have played both. The pros I can think of are:
RGT42 - neck-thru, binding, no middle pup
RG1570 - thinner (and also Prestige) neck, better trem

Not sure which pups are better, I'd have to find a store with both and play them back-to-back.

Thoughts?

i'd say go for the RGT42 and mod it to accept a real Edge/Lo/Pro.

Have to agree with napee here, Prestige neck and Edge Pro is reason enough. (prestige necks are sweet)

The 1570 has got the V7, S1 and the V8 pickups, not the best out there, but miles ahead of the Infinity pickups on the RGT..

I agree as well, 1570 over the 42. I've tried both and the 1570 just sounds better IMO. The 42 w/the NT looks great, but the pups leave you wanting more! Besides the 1570 has the Prestiege neck. Just compare them yourself and go with what you like.
