Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought production first moved to korea in 1995 for everything below the 500 series, so S470, S370, etc. (to make it more complicated S470's released outside the US in the period 1995-1999 still were MIJ and also featured other pickups and trems etc. read more below*). The S540, S540LTD, S570 and Prestige models were made in Japan until 2003 when the complete production moved to Korea including the Prestiges. Non-Prestige moved to Indonesia in 2008 (2007 for S320/S7320). Japanese 24-fret Prestiges were introduced in 2008 and the production of Korean Prestiges halted end of 2008.
In conclusion: 2009 Sabers are produced in Japan (Prestige) and Indonesia (Non-Prestige) only. BTW: this doesn't include SA/SC models.
* about the S470: this is what I wrote about it on a wiki:

Basicly three different models with the S470 name were released. The first original Japanese made model (1992-1999) was discontinued for the US in 1995. Instead, another S470 was released only for the US market. This second model (1995-2001) was more of a budget model featuring the inferior Lo TRS II tremolo and Axis pickups. In 2003 a third model (2003-2008) was released as part of a complete S series revision. It is also Korean made and features the ZR tremolo. In 2008 it got an update with new inlays and the Zero Point System 2.
