This is good advice, also try drinking more water. Dehydration can cause cramping as well. Alchohol does not count as it dehydrates as well.

i do take multi-vitamins due to my diet; which is also the reason im not so muscly...but does it help that the day before i went to ozzfest and got cross-faded...and the next day went to the beach(where i got le cramp)...ozzfest was fun by the way. the show i went to i thought the treble was too trebly though...but coulda been the intoxication...and i missed 3 inches of blood

Along the lines of what Annie said, start doing 30 pushups every morning when you get out of bed. Should take less than 2 minutes, and cure your problem quick. Not always leaning over the guitar will help as well if you do that a lot.

The neck is definitely heavier than the usual RG neck, but not by much. The body on my 20th weighs a heck of a lot more than any other RG I've had, so I think both pieces contribute to the weight but it's mainly the body. I have to say, I dig the weight of the 20th. Feels nice and solid. I haven't experienced any neck dive, it's nicely balanced.

i dont normally lean over the guitar, just for showmanship during a gig i suppose. and i do enjoy the weight of the 20th and the balance is great. great guitar, but i think my shoulder deal is from little muscle mass

Re: shoulder cramps(from playiong rgs)

i would say play alittle more sitting down when you have that guitar out. maybe like switch off from standing and sitting every hour? or half hour?
before you decide that its from too little musce mass, check out specifically where it hurts. it might be somthing more serious... if it continues definantly go to a cyropracter and get evaluated, maybe even a regular phsycian who can diagnose, or give you a person to go to...
