Quick question about tremolo springs - need an experts answer..

Are there differences in quality of from high end to low end tremolo springs?
Say, Edge Pro II vs. Edge Pro? Dont need info about locking posts or the tremolo units themselves, I just want to know if the materials differ.

They definately differ brand to brand. Some much stiffer
than others. All appear to be the same length and shape
I have some older ones that fold like a wet noodle so age make a difference too. They DO soften over time whether you USE
the handle or not. Faster if you do. good luck.

Yea, thats definately true, I just didn't wana use cheap springs in a high end guitar.
