Strange trems studs / posts on RG550

Last weekend I've bought a RG550. Quite cheap.

It doesn't have the original trem studs. Has anyone seen these before?
I can turn them, so I can set the height.

The posts:

There was added some "new wood" for the studs.

The bridge has a "alien" fine tune. I was told it comes from a B.C. Rich

The serial say's it's a 87 model. But I'm not sure. I though there wasn't a white one in 87.

Some more new wood:

It's a beater, I know.

And last but not least: My new Ibanez lamp!!!

They look like old school floyd rose screw type ones.

Thanks, you both.

I love the sign, it's a meter in lengt!! Got for €15. I'm really happy with it, as they are really hard to find.

If you plan on doing much wacky trem stuff, you should consider replacing those screw-in Floyd studs with some Edge studs (anchor + stud combination). I know from experience on several guitars that those studs will eventually start to compress the wood and wiggle. It's not a difficult operation, especially if you have access to a drill press.

On the other hand, those were the standard studs for a number of years and people did pretty well with them.
