The Envy Thread

This is a thread for people who don't actually own Ibanez and have had to settle for a third part brand like Samick or Black Dog (Actually they make pretty decent guitars)

I myself have a samick...... something or other (It's not listed on their site)

She's pretty and plays well but almost the exact opposite of what I'm after. I'm most definitely an S series kind of guy. And my guitar wieghs more than the average Bass!

Looks like a nice guitar mate. I like that. I think they make pretty decent guitars. Wasn't Blues Saraceno endorsed by Samick for a time?

The remaining 1% you must either REALLY envy or just purely hate because they have too many guitars!

Definitely a good deal at that price mate. What other axes do you own. I'd be interested to know. Have I got a bazillion guitars?? Lol!! I've a few lying around. I used to have lots more. I had very bad problems with tendonitis for many years and sold all my guitars. I've just started getting back into playing in the last 2 -3 years. I think I've bought between 15-20 in the last 2 years or so. I've probably owned treble that over the years.

I don't have a lot I haven't been playing very long, it'll be a year at the end of this month. Other than my samick there's just my acoustic and a borrowed JT strat that I took the whammy bar off

I'm all over the place. From Bright Eyes to Sultans of Swing. Though my favourite scale to mess around in is A blues so I'm gonna say mostly blues. And might I ask what is GAS. I'm guessing it stands for Guitar Addiction Syndrome but it could be something else.

I hate GAS, I wish I never got into it, I constantly change ideas and no matter what I buy it is never fullfilled, I know it is the same for everyone but it's still a bitch... Although some new things coming up will stave it off for a couple of weeks, before some yummy 550s show up on the bay again.
