Was there ever an Alex Skolnick Model Ibanez with a...

i think no.
Skolnick used to use almost always his trusty metallic red S, and just sometimes he's been seen with a white PII (the so-called Skolnick model) and with a Maxxas, too.

Here ya go. I dunno much of the specs on this but it looks like it has a Fender style bridge on an RG body with binding along with a 22 fret maple neck and non-traditional RG headstock. Image taken from Guitar, Nov. 1994.

Technically, there has NEVER been an "Alex Skolnick" model.

He used the 540Ps, the S models, the GR model pictured above, and an RG or two. But none of them were actually signature models. I think that he's most closely associated with the 540Ps though, which were only available in their own body style.

In the Guitar For The Practicing Musician 10th anniversary poster that I have from the early 90's Alex has a black RG with maple board, red dot inlays, red pickups, and red knobs.

Wasn't reverse headstock though.
