Would you change out the pickups or do you want some nice stock pickups?

I would go used, more bang for your buck. You can't really go wrong used, for $800 you can get an awesome guitar.

I can atest that since I got my S470 last Tuesday I haven't stopped loving it. The ZR tremolo is very nice IMO, others don't find it to be that way. Plus it's light as a feather.
