The only NEW Ibanez with RH is RGRT47DX PGM300, PGM301 and PGM30. I think the PGM30 and RG are the only ones in your price range. Please note that most of those guitars are only available in Japan.

If you like reverse headstocks, look for an RG565. It has body-colored fret markers, maple fretboard, and H-S pickups. They turn up every now and then. Used to have a red one, and I loved it.

I am building a custom Jem with reverse headstock, and obviously a replacement neck was an issue.

I just bought a second hand leftie rg470 (l?). I am slapping the neck onto the body, and doing a bit of re-profiling, other than that it is sweet.

Plus you can sell on the bits you don't need.
