which ibanez should i get?????

i have been looking to get a new guitar(i currently own an epiphone les paul, and i hate its fat neck and weight) and i want to get an ibanez.

i have been reading lots of posts and it seems that the rg prestige series of ibanez guitars which are made in japan, are the next best thing to a jem(which i really cant afford)

so i have been looking and have seen a number of ibanez guitars on the internet which i think are rg presige series guitars but i might be completely wrong so if anyone could help me out here and give their opinions.

RG350 EX BK, RG370 DX BK, RG320 FMTL, RG350 DX WH

these are the guitars i have looked at and liked, they are around the same price and seem to have the same pups, neck, tremolo etc.

are these rg prestige guitars? are any of these any good??
do you think any of these would be much of an upgrade from the epi les paul studio i own???

please help people

No, the RG3xx line is not the Prestige RG line. Those guitars are made in Korea, and come with what most consider inferior hardware and bridges.

The Prestige RG line would be the RG1570, RG2550, RG2570, RG2620, RG3120, etc. They have "Ibanez Prestige" on their headstock without the "swoosh" checkmark part of the logo.

If you can't buy new prestige RG (eg. 15xx or 25xx) look for second hand Rg5xx, they are easy to find, cheaper than prestige line and better quality than RG3xx.

You CAN'T go wrong with a used RG5xx-7XX series guitar. Where are you located? In the US, you can usually pick one up with case, and loaded with Dimarzio's and for less than $400. An absolute steal for the quality of guitar you're getting. --Jason

I'm in the UK and selling a 5 month old RG370DX in black. It's in mint condition and has had home use only.

Sure it's not a prestige RG, but the wizard 2 neck is nice and thin.

Let me know if you're interested and I can send you some pics
