Re: Which is the better guitar?

my brother's got a washburn BT4 and for the price it's quite a nice guitar.. at least for my taste...

also you should consider an Ibanez GAX70. I've played one of those and I find it really comfortable

hope this helps
good luck!

Re: Which is the better guitar?

They are probably all made in the same factory anyway, and will have little to no resale value. Play them all and go with what you like. Just remember it's physically impossible to play any Split Enz on a Jackson.

Would that be due to not having single coils?

Re: Which is the better guitar?

I got myself a GSA60. Many people may tell me its a piece of crap but you know what it's my first electric and it has that sentimental value. I love that guitar so much.

Re: Which is the better guitar?

Best way is to get your hands on a few to decide by visiting the nearest music store. That's how I finally knew my first Ibanez was perfect for me--RG550. It didn't stop there.

Not one guitar is a perfect fit for others. Just think, Harry Potter had to hold a ton of wands before he knew the perfect wand for him! Sorry for the bad analogy...I'm in the middle of the series. Godd luck with the search.

Re: Which is the better guitar?

I would say a Fender by a long shot. But for some reason you have omitted then from the poll...

What gives? Their excellent guitars, and infinitely versatile, a great value as well.

and buzz like a sack of wild bee's..

If you didnt notice half the guitars are humbucker equipped and the bands list are heavier bands..

Dont see many metal/hard rock guys with fenders..
