White RG750: Should I Keep it or Sell it?

Hey. I have a White w/Black pickguard RG750, circa 1988, that is in excellent condition and I was wondering if I should keep it or sell it. My musical tastes have changed and I am contemplating selling this to purchase something else. I have seen these go for about $275.00 on evilbay but the ones that have sold have been chipped and/or modified in some way. The RG750 that I have has no chips or cracks in the finish and it is all original. Does anyone have an idea what these go for nowadays or if it is even worth trying to sell?
Any advice would be helpful.

That's a keeper. Even if you play different music now, it doesn't stop you from having a shredder guitar.

A little 80's but I love it.

I'd pay 300 dollars for it, and I'm cheap. I think you could (on a good session) get more than that though.

If it is in really good shape i.e. no chips or scratches then you'd easily get more than $300 for it if not more!

You should sell it...................to me. haha only kidding. i am in the financial hole already with enough axes. It's a beaut and you should definitely hang on it to it.

I'm of two schools of thought here:

1.) Hold on to it. Being the original owner of a mint guitar is a great thing... but...

2.) If it's sitting in a corner collecting dust, no one is benefitting from its existence. I hate to see a great instrument just sit dorment, unloved except for being well-kept.

So I'd say... either play her or sell her.

I'd keep it. But then again, I'm a sucker for the 80s. Don't keep it sitting in a closet hoping it will be worth a mint within 20 years.

I'd say keep it for now. If Ibanez do move all their production to Korea in a few months time, there will no doubt be a bit of a boomin eh market for "buy now/while you have the chance/before it's too late" Japanese Ibanez RGs. That way you'll maximise your return and also the guitar will most likely go to someone whole appreciate it for what it is

I have one of them and you'll never get what it's worth, that's for certain. Selling it would be just plain wrong Here's mine (in the middle, sorta)
