Why do Jackson fans hate Ibanez?

On other forums (non Ibanez) when someone mentions Ibanez there is always a Jackson owner that has something bad to say about em....why is that?

I've been a Jackson fan and user for many years and I've only heard good things about Ibanez. I didn't find the right Ibanez guitar to suit my playing until now Bad-mouthing a brand is typically done by blind fanboys.

I don't hate on Jackson, PRS, Gibson, Fender, ESP, Shechter or any other brand. I just state why I don't like them. It's just a question of personal preference.

I don't care who makes the guitar. As long as it sounds and plays good. Looks play a very small part as the old Ibz headstock makes me cringe.

Same to me.
I still remember I played a Michael strato copy some time ago.
That was a very, a mean very cheap guitar.
And the neck of that guitar was unbelievably good.

I dont think Jackson fans, hate Ibanez. However I think there are players of both guitars who are not openminded.

I've been on the main Jackson forum for the past few months and have not found any particular elitism towards Ibanez or anyone else. Of course there may be a bias just as there would be here, but you'd find that many of the members over there also own Ibanez and think they are nice guitars. I posted a few Jems in their "other manufacturers" forum and I think I got more compliments on them than the new Jackson which brought be over there in the first place.
