Why Ibanez hates me

Everytime i decide to buy a new Ibanez guitar it has been discountinued or changed for worse, be it in the look or specs, so i can't buy one ! They are always changing everything, their guitars become a rarity every year...

Thanks, it happened several times ! The most recent cases were a mij SA, i don't remember well but i think it was a 2004 model, i tried to buy one year later and it was discontinued, i don't even want it anymore.Now i want an Artist but i just found that they have not produced it for ages, except the korean ones that i do not consider as a choice.

I would prefer to buy a new one, anyway i try to get a used one but i have no success, i'm in a search for a 1990-91 AR300 or AR200.I found one in near mint condition on "electronicBay" but i was unaware of bid snipe and u know what happened...I almost cried lol ..I'm hopeless that i will find a another one in the next 5 years.

Keep looking you'll find the artist you want where you were looking with a little patience... There's plenty of them out there.

Lot's of us feel the same way about the new stuff... The used market is where it's at right now for a lot of us unless it's a Jem or JS model.

I always buy used anyway.
I'm just going to tear the bastard up with different hardware anyway, so I can't justify buying brand new.
You should just do a google search for the guitar your looking for, i.e.
"used ibanez ar200"
Then wait to see what pops up. There's no shortage of used dealers on the net.
I just did a search and found a bunch of them.

I already looked at gbase and every used guitar store i could find on google, not only in USA, and could not find any.You probably found the more recent korean AR200 that they recently stopped producing(They have to stop it).

drooool - i love that model too. everytime i've come close to pulling the trigger on one i start to think, "i should just wait and find the RGT320 with a maple top". i waited one day to pull the trigger on buying that model as a closeout for $799 and they were all gone when i decided to get it the next day.
i have always said, "there are two kinds of people when it comes to getting guitars: the quick and the missed out".
