Wiring Diagram for S540?

My S540 has tone and volume controls (btw - I don't see a capacitor connected to the volume pot - not sure if that is normal). It also has a 3 way switch (for bridge, neck and presumably both - bot not sure if the both setting is inner coils of the humbuckers or the full humbuckers). It also has 2 way switch which I imagine is coil splitter.

I really need to understand the wiring...

plug it into an amp, volume up, and at each position of the selector, tap the pickups' poles with a screwdriver or something metallic. active bobbins make noise, the others play mute.

I meant an actual diagram that shows the 3 way and 2 way switch pin conenctions so I can understand how the humbuckers are connected. I need to understand how to hook up 2 Bill Lawrence humbuckers so that the 3 way get me bride-bridge/neck blend/neck and the two way does coil tap.

Dimarzio.com has lots of diagrams. Choose a pickup and follow the link. Several options for each depending on the setup used. I wired in
a Mo Joe and PAF Joe on mine using their diagrams. Changing from
the standard 2 wire pups to 4 wires was MY problem. Did the trick though.
