Trem and pickups are pooh, but the rest is good if you like the Wizard II neck profile. Upgrade the trem and pickups and you'll have a nice guitar.

After spending money on a better trem and pickups, you'll have spent more than what you'd get a used 550 or 570 for in the first place. And that's if you could retrofit a better trem without any routing.

Hold out for a 500 series.
