It's actually pretty much a copy of the Bogue guitar,apparently made with the man's blessing. It seems he took it as a compliment!

That 2670RE was a 2006 special model, I don't think this means they're gonna re-reissue it. The feature on the Ibanez US site looks a promotion for various special models from the last years still lying around.
