Zero Resistance trem question

well i just picked up a ibanez s470dxqm locally for a great price and i'm loving it. got it mostly setup but i need advice on how to lower the action. the ZR is new to me and i can't find a manual anywhere. *yes i've searched* so far its a amazing bridge, i never would have came back to trems if it weren't for the ZR.
