ZR inserts

Anyone know if the stud inserts for the ZR are the same as the inserts for the Edge/Edge pro?

Re: ZR inserts

Say what now? I don't own one, but from all the pictures I've seen, it doesn't appear to use studs at all, but instead operates on a completely different principal.

Re: ZR inserts

I guess I am referring to the "studs" that raise and lower the trem height. I don't know if studs is the correct term or not, but these "studs" do screw into some inserts. Sorry for my lack correct terminology. Thanks.

Re: ZR inserts

On their website they call them the bridge height adjust screw. They look like the studs on and Edge with out the fulcrum machined into them.

Re: ZR inserts

Check the ibanez rules link on top of the forum, in the parts section. Rich has a lot of Ibanez bridge parts for sale.

Re: ZR inserts

Thanks for the replies. Anyone here happen to have both an edge and a ZR. Rich isn't sure if the ZR inserts are the same. I will probably just send him one of the ZR screws and have him try one. If I had an edge I would try it myself, but I don't. Thanks.
