1st Mod to my Carvin in 14 years LMAO


well the time has come and I said I would never ever mod this guitar it was my first real guitar.

Anyways dropped some new pickups in here and the white really set it off, I got some white knobs and switch tip on its way..

funny how ya say you will never do something and eventually you do.. Least I havent sold her..

I like the stock pups in my DC127 (looks like the same guitar except I have the coil tapping switches, same color even!) a lot but I have been contemplating dropping something that sounds better at high gain settings in them because my Les Paul does the cleans so well and the action is low enough on the Carvin too that louder pickups make sense to me.

Nice. Im a fan of white pickups, they look good with that color. Nice guitar.
