Absolutely nothing. I thinned out alot of gear this year. Bought more than I wanted to but unloaded most of it. Im hoping for my gear next to to be nothing new with the possible exception of a Fulltone Deja Vibe.

Re: 2008 Gas (come on, it's that time of the year)

Here is my list:

- Maybe the new Caparison Horus with maple board.. mmm with a DiMarzio Super3 in the bridge

- A 2008 J-Custom if there is one in H-H configuration

I'm going to the Frankfurt Musik Messe in March.. It should definitively fuel my GAS!!!

And on the amp side.. if really I have too much money... The ENGL SE 670 Head....

Re: 2008 Gas (come on, it's that time of the year)

Knowing I'll have to navigate my way through some serious flak the wife
would be firing at me,I know I'll probably have to settle for some of these
targets

Wanna replace the RG-565 I had to sacrifice.......sniff,sniff
Love to get a Burny Les Paul....preferably with the sustainer
A buddy of mine has a Zion that I've got dibs on
Another highend Pacifica....1221 or 1421
Love to grab a Lado or another Robin

As for other stuff,I really need to upgrade my recording setup.
I like the Boss BR series.......an 1180/1200 or 1600 would be a
nice thing.

Re: 2008 Gas (come on, it's that time of the year)

I'd love to get a Caparison TAT in iceberg, a Jackson USA Soloist in eerie dess swirl (best finish ever), a S5470TKS and a Music Man JP7.

Back in the real world, the S5470 is the most likely purchase.

I really need to win the lottery.

Rock on!

Do you know if this is supposed to be a production model or not? My friend just got one of these... I haven't played it yet but holy **** is it amazing looking. I definitely want one, but he mentioned there only being a few in existence.

That Caparison looks excellent, Definitely a company with a fantastic range of guitars.

Any more info on that Caparison model?

A production model with an ebony fretboard and clock inlays exists.

I have a Horus in Snow Cloud finish, and it's fantastic. The Caparison pickups are great.

My preliminary list for 2008:

- Fender Richie Kotzen Telecaster TL-RK155
- Ibanez JCRG8527 in Black Onyx
- A good steel string electric acoustic (Takamine most likely)
- A good nylon string electric acoustic (Godin Multiac seems like a good choice)
- A good 88 key controller and interface
- Delay, Tuner, Flanger, Phaser and Octaver pedals for my growing pedalboard

I'd like to find the right parts and paint to finish my Multi piece Jem C.Woods Body.
I need a neck and neck hardware, along with the electronics, and of course finish the body.
