A new toy, GAS strikes again
Well, I wanted to buy a LP Goldtop, but instead found this on GC's used section. I bought it for 375 shipped, which is a hike from CA to NJ. GC's used section rules. you can really haggle with people about pricing. the company is called waterstone. they have a site you can see on google. they seem to make pretty darn good guitars. i couldnt pass on this one, its purty.
this is my 3rd hollowbody, second one with a bigsby.

Re: A new toy, GAS strikes again
i wasnt for a long time either man. but once i started playing a few and modified one, i kinda got the bug for them. they are pretty darn versatile, which is weird for a hollowbody.
the goldtop will be next on the list. or a S prestige. still deciding.

That's pretty cool. Hollows have some of the meanest tone I've ever heard.

Re: A new toy, GAS strikes again
thanks for the kind words
i have 3 hollows so far : a washburn hb 35 (with SH2N & a 1970s gibson LP in the bridge), an Aria with a bigsby(highly recommended to check out) and now this waterstone.
i browses waterstone's site and they seem to be pretty solid guitars. i have never seen a sparkle finish on a hollowbody like this, which is very unique.
