well, story is, i work in a
guitar shop. *this old guy stumbles in one day, *hands me this guitar and quoted me a price, *and a very good one at that. *i basically said, *i'll have it! *probably in its current state its worth £950 (dan smith remember, *only built for 1 year) but i didn't pay that for it. *he he. *ok the bridge pup was broken so i wired in a
seymour duncan quarter pounder.
gave it a fret dress, *cleaned electrics and body work, *and now it is absolutly stunning. * incredibly thin neck, *i mean thin! * HHHUUUGGGGEEEEE *SOUND. *and excellent tuning stability, * its brilliant for me and a nice little change from my vwh, *although *it can't cut the solos as well vwh *or doesn't have the same cheeky attitude as the jem. * but definatly a bigger sound.
anyway i'm just sitting here liking it and i thought that i would give you guys a piece of my mind.
catch you all later.
swig.
