Atlas Custom Guitars

Check out this builder from Thailand. They may be blatant PRS and Fender copies, but they still look damn nice. I contacted the company regarding custom guitars and they can make a custom for you. The Uranus does look quite nice, and I think that's an Original Floyd if I'm not mistaken. Anyway, the Custom Premier is priced at about $1000 USD, and I think it's quite a value for money. Go to www.guitarhandmade.com or (this site has more info) www.guitarandpickup.com.

Did forget to mention that they're pickups are hand-wound?

Re: Atlas Custom Guitars

They do look very nice . I've seen this trend at the Musikmesse Frankfurt over the last two years. More and more builders and companies from China, Thailand etc. are using good hardware in their guitars. But that is one hell of a monkey grip .

Re: Atlas Custom Guitars

Contact them and ask. They should do lefties, 'cause their guitars are handmade. They usually answer to their e-mail quickly, yet I'm still waiting for a response regarding Dimarzio pups .

That's a good looking guitar, though, if a bit over the top. I could go for one of those. Where's the price list again?

edit: Did you see the SCP2 model, the blue one with the dolphins? You don't see stuff like that everyday!

Do you mean it in a good or bad way?

The one with the dolphins are nice. As for the Uranus, I think it would look better without the monkey grip (if you can call it that).

They replied to my e-mail, and they are willing to use Dimarzios! Yay!
