B.C. Rich Kerry King Signature

Im thinking about getting the new Kerry King Package (dont know if available in the US) which cost around £299. The problem i have with it is that i like having a Double Locking Trem But i want it in Slayer Style (Kahler.)

Are Kahler trems still available to buy like a Floyd Rose or do you have to Special Order it. If they are available can someone tell me a site that i can go to that has information on them (unless that counts as Advertising) And mabye how much one of them (like Slayer uses) costs if they know.

They Kerry King signature comes with Active P/Us made by BC rich which i will probably unpgrade to EMG 81s, and a fixed trem so if I do get Kahler Trem, How much would it cost to actually Re-Route it so that the Kahler will fit in. Also is the Kahler able to pull up and what would you compair the Trem to ( Lo Pro Edge? TRS trem?)

If anyone has one could they give their opinions on them.

I can't really help on the availability of the Kahler trem (is it a flatmount type you're after?) but I'm farily certainthat the mods you're intending on doing will cost more than the guitar itself!!!

Just something to think about.

Look on McEvilbay for a kahler, I dont know of *ANY* site you can find parts for the kahler at. They do pullup but you rely on the ball ends alot with the kahler and they are prone to break strings. I seem to remember one of the site members would solder the string ends to make them last longer. I personally would stick to the fixed bridge, since you already have a floyd guitar anyways
