Caparison horus

I really like this guitar out of all the models except i cant find one that has a maple board, also do they make them in 25.5 scale?

I know it doesnt come neck through but it would be great

also do they have a custom shop or maybe something similar to carvin where you can ask for what you want?

Nope, no maple board Horus nor 25.5" scale. That's what the Dellinger and TAT are for. Their only neck-through model is the TAT, and their custom shop is only available to endorsed artists.

Re: Caparison horus

If you want a maple boarded Horus, there is the limited edition Caparison Horus HGS MF-07. There is unfortunately not any models with a 25.5" neck scale or neck thru. I had a Horus Snow Cloud not too long ago as well as a Dellinger II and I gotta say that they're great guitars. If you want more info you can always go ask the guys over at caparisonforum.com. One of the guys there just a maple boarded Horus a few days ago.

Re: Caparison horus

Megadeth7684 had a Snow Cloud with a maple boarded neck he was selling a while back on a few of the forums. I don't know if it has sold yet.

The guitar was a little overpriced and his description was a little misleading, but otherwise Caparisons are great guitars.

Re: Caparison horus

Oh well I guess I'll have to wait as I have played the horus that they have and I find it awkward high on the neck

I always loved the feel of a 25.5 neck I guess Im weird

Ah well I guess I'll have to wait for them to merge the dellinger and horus and hopefully that will be their new model

cheers

Theres a maple board Horus.
its in BEADGb though.

That said, i swear i saw a 25.5 inch 27 fret Dellinger on their site last week.
But its dissapered.
I remeber it because i'd only just figured out the Horus was 24.3/4 inches in leangth and then started to lust after the Dellinger.

**** it thoug... i think i will go with Plan A which was to mod a bolt neck Jackson Soloist or Charvel.
