Changing strings/cleaning fretboard on LP Standard

I have 02 Gibson Les Paul Standard that I've had for few years that I need to sell as a result of buying two precious Ibanez right here from some other members...a JS1200 from Acoustic and a JEM from Spidaweb. Both fantastic guitars and great guys to do business with.

The dilemna is that my wife tells me I need to sell a few guitars, which I will be doing locally where I live first. (I'm not listing them here yet).

The question that I have is around my LP however. Prior to listing it I would like to give it real nice polish and cleaning as well fretboard conditioning along with changing the strings. As it is a hardtail, would removing all the strings in order to clean the fretboard and give the frets a little polish be problematic to the neck and bridge, etc.?

Your Paul will be fine. The only time you need to worry is when the guitar hasn't been strung for extremely prolonged time periods.
